I’ve Been in Four Countries….. Five Cities, All In The Past Month!
October 16, 2016 by admin
Blogging suffers seriously when one is traveling so rapidly over such a large span of Europe. A month ago, I was in Moscow; then less than a week in Riga, Latvia; six days in Rome, Italy and four in Florence, Italy. Now, I’ve been in Paris, France for almost two weeks. Much of this French time has been chilling out in the hostel, sleeping, reading and eating. I have at least another ten days here because I’m attending, and teaching at, the INTERVOICE 2016, 8th World Congress of the Hearing Voices Network, which begins next Wednesday.
I have no idea what to expect from this important conference and I simply look forward to learning more about this Inner Gift that we have in our heads. Other Experiencers, such as myself, will have Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Mental Telepathy, Healing Abilities, Premonitions, knowings, Dreams, and other metaphysical talents. Some participants do not exhibit such misunderstood qualities, but represent the Medical and Counselling professions which are beginning to show an interest in learning just what, exactly, is going on within us.
So, during these beautiful Fall days in the famous city of Paris, I am learning how it feels to be Parisian, before it gets too cold in these glamorous countries. However, in late October, I will take the train on down to Barcelona, Spain and follow the sun. I plan to check out Palma de Mallorca, as well; an island just off the Spanish Coast. I have become curious about Ostrich Farming and there’s a farm raising ostriches for their meat, feathers and leather; so I plan to investigate, just for the extra knowledge, photographs and talking points. Plus, a taste of the very healthy, low cholesterol, fat-free, red meat and maybe some of the eggs. I would have expected this of Africa, but not Spain; though Texas has a huge and central ostrich farm, believe it or not!
I don’t know whether my invitation to visit the Olympic Village in Sochi, Russia, is still on; but that’s right on the way to Israel, where I hope to spend a few months renting an apartment and acting like a local, escaping the cold winter, elsewhere. Hopefully, I’ll get my camera recharged in this lovely environment and start photo-journaling again.
